Position Overview

We are seeking an innovative Business Automation Specialist to help transform our customer response systems and streamline our digital business processes. This exciting role combines technical skill with business acumen to create efficient, scalable solutions.

💰 Salary:

• ₹40,000 to ₹1,50,000 per month
• Compensation will depend on skills, relevant experience, automation depth, and ownership capability
• Internship / training engagement (if applicable) will be reviewed and revised on confirmation

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Implement automated response systems for customer inquiries from multiple platforms
• Develop and maintain standardized templates for common customer interactions
• Create systems to track and analyze customer inquiries and conversions
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead management
• Document processes and provide training on automated systems

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or MBA with a technical focus
• Understanding of business process automation concepts
• Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to understand business needs
• Interest in the intersection of technology and business
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in relevant field.
• Basic knowledge of VBA and Macros in Excel.
• Hand-on Experience with Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, UiPath, Hubspot, Miro
