Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Content Development Specialist in our sales and marketing team to create engaging, informative content about textile manufacturing, product descriptions, and industry insights. This role will help establish Arihant Mills as a thought leader in the textile industry while supporting our marketing and sales efforts.

💰 Salary:

• ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, and output

• During internship / training period, stipend or lower pay may apply

• Salary will be revised after confirmation based on performance

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive website content including blog posts on textile manufacturing processes
• Create compelling product descriptions that highlight quality and craftsmanship
• Draft engaging social media content following key principles of sales and marketing.
• Research textile industry trends and developments for content creation
• Develop standardized customer communication templates
• Work with WordPress and Elementor to publish content
• Collaborate with marketing team to align content with overall strategy

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field
• Strong writing skills with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of SEO principles
• Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress
• Research capabilities and curiosity about textile manufacturing
• Ability to translate technical information into accessible content
